This was much more warm than the main office. I felt that I was a person and not just another appointment. The time I was there was more relaxed. Thank you for the changes and improvements.

Two separate cataract surgeries with Dr Geringer were awesomely successful. The follow up checking over several weeks was a necessary step to make sure everything stayed perfect., But my final visit was disappointing. I am a disabled person in a wheelchair. It had been difficult for me to arrange transportation and to have someone help me at the many appointments. The doctor that provided the followup care refused to give me a prescription for the glasses I needed for reading. He told me to go back to the optometrist I had seen 3 years before, to get a prescription. I was already there and now I had to find someone to haul me and my wheelchair to another future appointment with someone I have no ongoing relationship with. He couldnt be bothered to take the extra time at the end to make sure I could read my phone or anything else up close. I felt like I had gotten the bums rush!.

This place is wonderful but you get to your appointment early and still wait 45 minute to an hour to be seen. I bring my husband to his appointments. The workers are wonderful and the doctors is outstanding. Just need to not over book the patients.
