    I found him to be very thoughtful and explained everything to me where I was able to understand what was going on with my vision. I find he always takes his time and never rushes thru my visits. i would highly recommend him.

    I cannot express enough gratitude for Dr. Kao and the incredible care he provided during my cataract surgery. From our very first interaction, it was clear that Dr. Kao is not only a highly skilled professional but also a genuinely kind and compassionate individual. I was a little nervous about the surgery, but his warm demeanor and patience made the entire process so much easier.
