Dr. Kao and all the staff are friendly and caring. My only problem is that if an appointment must be changed it takes 3-4 months to get a new appointment. Luckily they have a waiting list for cancellations.

I would have given you a 5 star for the service of all your employees except for the Doctor his bedside manner needs to be addressed. Maybe he was just having A bad day.
