Dr Darrah and her staff were great when I first meant them a month ago now Im upset cause when I called a few days ago and told them I was having problems withy vision and wanted to see someone so they told me they where very busy so they sente to the one in Lakewood so Im here right well the doctor wouldnt seer because I have appointment with with Darrah in Feb. And thought I should go back and talk to the doctor that did my surgery. Well I cant see her til Jan 23 Seems like no onecared about me or my vision. I never had this problem before

Everything was comfortable. At Beth end of day scheduler needed help so I had to call back in morning.

The doctor was amazing, but my appointment took 1.5 hours between wait times, bouncing room to room and more waiting. There were 3 people booked for one doctor at the same time. Triple booking isnt efficient for the patients.Edit after response: This was not an assumption on my part. There was one physician in the office that day, and all 3 of us showed up for our 9 am appointments. The women working the front desk specifically commented that they didnt understand why things were triple booked. Again, the doctor was great and services provided were good, just slower than previous appointments.
