The doctor was amazing, but my appointment took 1.5 hours between wait times, bouncing room to room and more waiting. There were 3 people booked for one doctor at the same time. Triple booking isn't efficient for the patients.Edit after response: This was not an assumption on my part. There was one physician in the office that day, and all 3 of us showed up for our 9 am appointments. The women working the front desk specifically commented that they didn't understand why things were triple booked. Again, the doctor was great and services provided were good, just slower than previous appointments.

Very through exam, and the doctor spent lots of time with me. The only issue I had was that my appointment somehow got lost in the computer. But I was taken anyway. It might have been due to the recent AT&T blackout.

Dr. Seipel is very knowledgeable and thorough. He carefully listens and covers everything in a congenial and precise manner. He is one of the best ophthalmologists I have ever seen and I have been going to them for eighty years.
