I had a good experience, took longer to book the initial appointment than it should have, but after that things went pretty smooth. They seemed to do all possible to avoid surgery, but later determined I had nerve damage so it was required. Dr. Blackburn got me through the process, Dr. Rothbart, and team did the surgery, and Justin Keller/Physical Therapist and his team helped me complete my journey after surgery. Friendly staff, waiting room is usually busy, but they have the resources to get people seen. Doctor was caring and interested in helping solve my problems.
