very friendly staff, on time appt, Dr Lam was very friendly and went over all my medical history, listened to everything I had to say. set up PT and the scheduled me for MRI that day. Such a great office

Pre-appointment questionnaire simple to complete. Office staff very courteous. Was seen right on time. Dr. Lam did not jump right in to recommending surgical intervention and listened to what I had to say.

Dr. Lam is very knowledgeable. Explains what he is doing and why as he is administering his instrumentsj. My first experience with this kind of work.
