The doctor Bauernfeind was very knowledgeable, and took the time to explain things in terms that I could understand.

My appointment lasted longer than expected and was a true discussion rather than being talked at. My condition was thoroughly explained, Xrays were reviewed in ways I could learn from, and I had no sense of being rushed through the appointment. Even a bit of humor was welcome. I left feeling hopeful that I am part of a Team now.
