Dr. Garrigues and the staff submitted a routine Questionnaire required for continuation of my LTC home care benefit. I was relieved of the stress of having to resume a $2,000 / mo OOP expense. Doctor also refilled much needed prescription. I had been under extreme stress for 6 weeks while trying to get the response back to Prudential to save my benefits.
