I came in for neck pain and Dr. Garrigues explained where the pain was coming from, showed me the x-ray, explained it and gave me a plan to help. The only downside was the wait time. I think it was an hour from the time I came in before I was seen. I was asked to come in 30 minutes early although I had the paperwork filled out in advance. But thats a front desk management issue and it would be more important if I was a regular patient. Im a satisfied patient at this point.

I was a little nervous because the reception area people werent the friendliest, but I was pleased that I really liked Dr. Garrigues medical assistant and Dr. Garrigues himself spent a great deal of time with me going over everything, explaining it all, and a creating a plan of action for healing.

The doctor listened well and made a good plan for evaluating my condition. However, it was well over and hour after I arrived before I was seen by him. (I had filled out all of the patient paperwork on-line two days before the appointment so this wasnt due to my having to fill out paperwork before being seen.)
