Dr. Zaryanov is a great practitioner and surgeon who treats his patients with excellent listening skills and compassion. He also is very conscientious about follow up care. I have already referred him to friends who are experiencing back pain, diagnosed or not.

Dr. Zaryanov was professional and seems to care about his patients. I always arrive early and each time was seen in a timely manner. I love not having to wait forever in a room or the waiting area. He is courteous and easy to talk too. He listened to my concerns and addressed each one. I would recommend him.

One of the kindest, smartest surgeons I have ever met. Patient, kind, explains everything in language that is understandable to everyone (including my husband). Results were exactly as explained. I have had back issues for over 40 years. I was to the point that I could not walk across the room without stopping. I had the big surgery. I was pain free for the first time in all those years before I even left the hospital. I am now 1 year post-op and remain pain free. It has been a life changing experience for me.
