Dr. Richard Zhang was very courteous as he patiently explained his diagnosis and provided options with complete honesty. We agreed on a step-by-step treatment plan that allowed me to make my own choices. I felt comfortable with our doctor-patient interaction.

When I walked in, I had no idea why I couldnt move my neck without pain. When I left, i knew what was wrong and had a plan of action to correct it. I was very informed. My wait was minimal!
