I had a surgical procedure done to my right - lower eye lid. I was extremely nervous that my eyes would not look the same after the surgery. I had my consultation with Dr. Rafailov who proved to be confident, professional and extremely knowledgeable with the procedure. This helped to set my mind at ease quite a bit. After the surgery, all I can say is how extremely happy I was with the outcome!! If I didn't tell you I just had eye surgery, you wouldn't even know it. Even my family members compliment how great the surgery turned out. Oh and the problem I had with my eye, resolved! Dr Rafailov is a great doctor and a master surgeon. I would highly recommend him to the most important people in my life. My family, my kids my grandchildren. Thank You Dr. Rafailov.

After another surgeon failed 2x to complete my upper and lower eyelid surgery Dr Ravailov accepted me as his patient, and CORRECTED my upper and lower lids. He used state of the art surgical procedures and the results are amazing. It was painless, and basically no recovery. He is a talented surgeon, and very kind and compassionate, and never said anything bad about the previous surgeon, who told me there was nothing more he could do. I highly recommend him, i want to tell everyone how brilliant he is, yet humble. I wish i could post the before and after pictures. I am going with my sister for a consultation. GO SEE HIM !!!!!
