Timeliness and clarity of directions were very good at Pacific Eye clinic. Initial treatment was exact, and all questions answered. I di hope for a little more positive support for future outcomes, as eyesight is so important in life.

Staff is friendly. Karen is a great ophthalmologist. Fortunately, my eye sight is a-okay, so mostly routine work. Karen speaks a little fast and I asked if we could tap on her brakes, so I could catch up with her explanations. (-=

After several nervous days leading up to my appt., I thought the prep person did a good job of eye testing. I thought Dr. Oxford was also thorough in her exam, but could have been a little more empathetic and explanatory about my future eyesight- to not do so makes me warry more.

If I didn't like the experience at Pacific Eye Associates, I would go elsewhere. This site is very annoying and impossible to navigate easily. Please don't email me any more of these requests.
