Doctor was great, technicians/assistants were great, I was just annoyed that I filled out all the paperwork they emailed me, and sent it to the email address they gave. When I showed up, they said it was never received, and I had to fill it out again. Lesson learned--Just print it out and hand it to them.

This time I did not feel as if I was a welcomed customer by the receptionist. Maybe she was having a bad day. Also, the tables they have put in front of the reception desk are not a good way to welcome patients. A standing sign might help to say stand back (like we dont know with Covid) , and it is somewhat difficult to juggle in a purse for information while not being able to fully utilize a counter to prop up against especially while using a cane to stand with all the winter garb on as well. Attitude goes a long way as well. Again, maybe a bad morning....when asked if I was exposed to Covid, I answered in the affirmative and said it was over a month ago. She was taken back when I said I did not have a test but we quarantined. There was no need for a test as we did not have direct contact. Perhaps a little more education on Covid protocols would be helpful as well.
