Donna found John(-not sure of name) quite harsh. Did not even give her her insurance which she happened to find on the table as they left a room. He seemed quite good at his job, but not personable. The doctor was GREAT, as usual.

Always completely cared for by competent and friendly staff and a doctor who knows me and my situation very well.
