Had cataract removal 1 year ago that went smoothly and had a great outcome . Recently developed new vision issues that were not related to past surgery and contacted the office for advice. Despite it being late in the day on a friday and I hadnt seen them in a year , the staff was able to fit me in immediately and I was able to get a very thorough history and exam and happy to report issues are stable. Having been in health care I know the challenges of last minute add ons and not all medical practices handle it well. I have always felt that the staff at Milwaukee Eye Care genuinely cared about my eye health and this was more proof of that. Highly recommended !

I have been a patient of this practice for many years. The desk staff is very knowledgeable and helpful with insurance coverage issues. The technicians are well-trained and very friendly, and Dr. Heilmann is the best!

Dr. Murphy took pictures and explained what the issue was, ordered meds, and told me to follow up within 2 weeks. Excellent communication by both him and his staff.
