My appointment was scheduled for 3:15. I was seen promptly by a technician who checked my sight, etc. Very satisfied. I then sat in an exam room for 1 hour waiting for Dr. Sward. I was satisfied with her examination and care recommendation.I am not an impatient person. I am retired and fell asleep during the hour wait. However many people do not have the time to wait for an hour. I recommend that Milwaukee Eye Care take a long, hard look at their scheduling system to better allow for on time exams.

The amount of time she spent with me. She explained what was going on in a way I could understand. Her thoroughness during the exam. She has a great personality.
