Back again today and have been waiting 40 minutes past my moms scheduled appointment time. If it weren't for my mom I would blaze the whole office. You mean to tell me that in 4-9 months that I have been bringing her here you haven't made changes so that the same stuff isn't reoccurring. That's terrible. Sometimes you need to make changes in office so that your patients are satisfied. It may mean not double and triple booking so you actually see your patients on time. You may lose a million dollars a year but your patients may be more satisfied and I think that is more important than you making more millions than you already are. Just my honest opinion.

I had cataract surgery both eyes. And glaucoma both eyes. Dr San Flippo performed the procedure and so far happy I particularly impressed with the eye care center. It was like driving through Starbucks efficient.

Just moved to Columbus and didn't know anyone but knew before I moved had to have cataract removed. The whole experience was great. Great office staff and Dr. San Filippo was wonderful! Everything was explained well and before I left, the nurse scheduled the surgery, went through all the details including very clear directions for care at home afterwards and follow up appointments. Highly recommend the office, staff and Dr. San Filippo!
