Pearland Location

The tech was awesome and super friendly, but when it came time to buy my glasses, they didnt have a person to do the transaction so I couldnt buy them. They are still very good, but they need to fix this. Now I have to go back to have them again

They staff that prepared you for the eye exam was great. They were friendly and attentive to our needs. They staff in the front that assist you with purchasing your frames need to work on their customer service skills. One lady was friendly and I was hoping she helped us, however, the others were not as helpful and did not interact as she did.
