    Update:I changed my review from one start to 5 star today . After my last weeks negative review, Ms. Kimberly called and spoke with me. She was caring and wonderful. She listened to my concerns and the issues that had caused me to write a negative review. she also arranged for another visit (today) for me to see a different Doctor; Dr. Turk .Both, Ms.Kimberly and Dr. Turk were great. They answered my questions with better explanation , addressed my concerns.In addition , I feel todays examination was more complete and with care, and i didn't feel rushed . I am grateful for Both Ms. Kimberly and Dr Turk for seeing, and most of all, hearing me. I feel I was in good hands today. Thank you Ms. Kimberly and Dr. Turk for making me feel better today.

    It was OK. I did alot of waiting. First visit, I waited over an hour. I ended up rescheduling as I needed to get to work.When I arrived for my reschedule at 8:15. I was called and did the preexam. Once completed, I waited in the room for about 15 minutes. Saw another doctor, that I didn't schedule, but she was friendly enough. After the exam, she ask if I wanted Dr. Mann to pop in and say hi. I declined.Felt like communication is lost. Clients want explanation of the testing they pay for....even in screenings. How did my eyes look other than "not to dry?" I did the Optomap....did you see anything? How about letting client know that the person, they made an appointment with won't be seeing them?Seems ok but not worth the wait.

    I had an excellent experience @ Mann Eye . From the front desk check in, to the work up tech , to the doc and the check out. All of it was fantastic and everyone was so great. I hadnt been to this eye doc in years since I got lasik but went for a normal checkup and I wont go anywhere else from here on out.
