I had such an amazing experience at Mann Eye Institute! Before my appointment, I let the staff know that I only had an hour before heading to work, and they were so understanding and accommodating. To my surprise, the entire visit only took 35 minutesquick, smooth, and completely stress-free!Amanda A., my nurse, was incredibly professional, thorough, and efficient with every step of the exam. Dorothy, the LASIK counselor, took the time to clearly explain everything I needed to know about costs, recovery, and aftercare. She even provided her contact information so I could reach out anytime with questions, which I greatly appreciated.Dr. Han was attentive and reassuring throughout my exam, and Melodymade check-out effortless and welcoming.Even though I had a tight schedule, the entire team exceeded my expectations with their efficiency, professionalism, and kindness. I absolutely loved their positive attitudes and dedication to providing the best care possible. Now I completely understand why Mann Eye Institute has such an outstanding reputationtheyve truly earned it!

I just left Mann Eye, Katy location, after a consultation for lens replacement. I dont usually make decisions quickly about something so important, but I was scheduled for surgery before I even left the clinic.Everyone was so professional, so friendly, so knowledgeable, and any apprehension I had was quickly erased. From the moment I checked in( and out) with Melody, Steph, Tina and Wendy, to all of the tests with Amanda K. and Kim, I was very comfortable. Dr. Wright explained the procedure and answered the multitude of questions I had patiently and thoroughly which gave me the confidence to schedule the surgery right away, and Dorothy took care of the details.I highly recommend Mann Eye clinic and all of the people who work there. Ill update after the surgery.
