    First let me say how much I love the Katy Mann Eye Institute staff. They are efficient, professional, and very personable.The front desk, ladies, Melody, Tina, Steph,, and Wendy all had a welcoming attitude, and warm smile.Work-up techs Kim and Dorothy were upbeat and personal as well.Dr. Ustick was wonderful answering all my questions and actually showing me on Amazon the eye compress I could purchase to help with my situation.Katie, the scribe was great too.I have to add Brandi one of the opticians as well to this review. Although I did not need to purchase glasses, I had the pleasure of visiting with her as I waited to be seen.You can tell a lot about how a workplace is managed by the attitude of the people working there. It is clearly obvious that the Mann Eye Institute in Katy is doing a fantastic job with their employees. Everyone was a joy to be around.Thank you for all you do,Colleen Simmons.

    I had an eye doctors appoint this past week and had a great experience per usual. I loved loved Dr. Turk! She was awesome and explained everything very well about my eye issue going on. Looking forward to my follow up visit next week. Hoping that the medicine that was prescribed will work quickly to resolve my dry eye issue!Want to shout out others that were awesome too that checked me and checked me out and others that I spoke too during my visit. Everyone was really so sweet and nice! Yall have a great team at your Katy location!Melody, Tina, Steph, Wendy, Michelle, Tiffany, Karen F., Kim, Kristy, Brandi and Aviana!     Melody, Tina, Steph, Wendy, Tiffany, Dr. Morello, Rebecca, and Dorothy were all fantastic. I must have asked 20 questions while I was there about eye health and disease prevention and everyone was very professional and knowledgeable and helpful. I had a great experience at Mann Eye in Katy from the front desk, to the exam technician, to the science QA, daily contacts prescription, and LASIK consultation. I am looking forward to my LASIK surgery with Dr. Wright this month!

    I met with Dr.Han, who works at Mann Eye Institute in Katy, for a comprehensive eye exam.Dr.Han was consistently friendly and conversational, which I greatly appreciated.Of all the doctors Ive ever met,she was the most gentle and approachable. From beginning to end, she was professional,offering detailed advice and seeing me off. Im deeply grateful for her warm and human touch.
