Ive been seeing Dr. Ustick for several months for dry eye. Shes fantastic! Very friendly, great bedside manner and answers all of my questions. She has an impressive biography on the website describing her education and experience.Youre greeted by the front desk employees who are very friendly and helpful. Every staff member I interact with during my appointment is very professional, friendly and provides excellent customer service! A very different environment than Houston Eye Associates where you spend 1.5+ hours in the lobby, 10 minutes with the doctor and subpar customer service overall.I highly recommend Dr. Ustick and the Mann Eye Institute located at 750 Westgreen Boulevard in Katy.

They made the check-in and scheduling process smooth and pleasant, and their positive energy set the tone for the whole visit.Avianna, my optician, was absolutely wonderful. She was knowledgeable, patient, and helped me find the perfect frames while making the experience fun and stress-free.The entire team worked together so seamlessly and created such a warm, professional environment.
