    I came here after being diagnosed with keratoconus and loved it. All the staff were VERY friendly and open to answering any questions, I was also taken care of quickly and had their undivided attention.However, after the visit we met with a counselor, Paige, who was supposed to answer questions about the procedure I was going to have done and the insurance coverage on it, She didnt know not one answer and left the office on three separate occasions to get answers for literally ALL of the questions we asked. She ended up bringing in a different guy who helped. Another occasion was about two weeks before my procedure I called with a couple questions and was directed to Paige. I was told to leave a voicemail if she didnt answer so I did,leaving my phone number as well, Out of the 7 voicemails I left she has still not called me back not once. I finally called back and after letting them know that I did not want to peak to Paige, I was directed to another lady who called me back 15 minutes after I left a voicemail and even called me later in the day to assure that I had all my questions answered. She was very helpful.

    Had a great visit. Staff was polite, quick and knowledgeable. Everyone was able to answer all questions I had about the lasik procedure. Paige was extremely helpful with my financing questions, and Josie was quick and thorough while helping me with my new glasses. I am looking forward to getting my lasik done here.

    Over all excellent! The key to total customer service reaches past the docs. They are excellent and exactly what one would expect. However its the total staff that brings completeness to the customer experience. From entry to exit the impression and treatment was one of honest caring and concern for the patient. Two that really exemplifies what Mann Eye Institute desires was Josie Kim. Both gave the most positive impression of what the organizational ethic is, and will continue to be at Mann. Without reservation these two persons are the gauge to which other could be placed. Both of these demonstrated not only professional knowledge, but also total confidence in Mann, and the organization. Good job! Youll gain an even larger stature and standing as the place where you would most desire to take your family for eye care.
