    I felt the professionalism as soon as I walked into the office building. The staff was friendly and welcoming. My first consultation was thorough. The fluidity of the different tests/evaluations was quick and well organized. That showed me that they knew what they are doing and were all on the same page/team. I felt confident leaving the consultation.The day of my surgery, the staff, again, was very upbeat and made my serious fear of the surgery more relaxed. The surgery was quick with zero pain. There was pressure but Dr Mann kept me talking so I would stay relaxed. They treated me with sincere care. I had noticeable results immediately, 20/20.

    Amber in the optical department is wonderful. She makes an effort to get to know her clients on a personal level. The customer service she provides keeps me and my family returning to Mann.

    My experience was very satisfactory. I was please to be in an out very quickly with all my questions answered and glasses ordered. My only suggestion that I wish they had more options when I was there. The other frame that i received I think was a little small but wearable.
