Over all excellent! The key to total customer service reaches past the doc's. They are excellent and exactly what one would expect. However it's the total staff that brings completeness to the customer experience. From entry to exit the impression and treatment was one of honest caring and concern for the patient. Two that really exemplifies what Mann Eye Institute desires was Josie & Kim. Both gave the most positive impression of what the organizational ethic is, and will continue to be at Mann. Without reservation these two persons are the gauge to which other could be placed. Both of these demonstrated not only professional knowledge, but also total confidence in Mann, and the organization. Good job! You'll gain an even larger stature and standing as 'the' place where you would most desire to take your family for eye care.

Overall a great experience. Very professional and easy appointment. What really blew me away was Josie. She helped me refill my contact lens prescription. She has the best customer service skills ever. She is so personable and helpful.

I did not have to wait long for someone to help me in my hunt for prescription sunglasses. Josie was so nice, knowledgeable, and professional. She offered me options, was patient while I browsed online, told me step by step what to expect. It was a wonderful experience & I will definitely be back to this location for my future eyecare needs.
