Today I was greeted by a young woman in the optical department in Katy, her name is Josie. Although she was very busy she acknowledged me right away. She assured me she would be with me shortly . When I sat down I told her I had a script and wanted to know the price of replacing the lens in my existing glasses. After she showed me the options on what I had ask for, I also wanted to look at new frames. After a back and forth on my part we found a resolution that I was happy with. She was patient and kind . I would feel comfortable recommending this group of professionals to my closest of friends and family.

I scheduled a consultation back in March and was also looking into Berkeley Eye Center as well. Needless to say, I did not get the warm and fuzzies from Berkeley and called Mann Eye to get my LASIK surgery done in August. The team from the time I had my consultations to the time I walked out of the door from my surgery have been PHENOMENAL! If I knew of another word to describe this, I would use it, but the customer service was on point! Tim Daniels was honestly what sealed the deal for me. He took the time to explain everything to me during my consultation, answered my questions, put me at ease, and took the time to have a conversation to get to know me. As most would feel, getting laser surgery on your eyes is pretty intimidating... I mean... those are your EYES! You kind of need those to see... but I was definitely less anxious after speaking with the Mann Eye team here in Katy!My initial consultation was done by Dr. Paul Mann's team and Dr. Paul Mann himself came in to take a look at my eyes to make sure that I was a perfect candidate.The day of the surgery, it was A++++++++++++ service! From the receptionists I spoke with on the phone prior to me coming in, to the prep team on the day of my surgery, to Dr. Mann himself... I definitely felt I was a GREAT hands no matter how nervous I was! To be honest, they treat you like a friend and have a GREAT sense of humor! How else are they supposed to keep calm?If you have ANY question on the professionalism of this team or even Dr. Mann... I am here to tell you that even living in Cypress... I will DRIVE to Katy to see them for future appointments and would recommend anyone else to do so as well.Good job team! Keep up the FANTASTIC work!
