Well organized, efficient, and quick service. Everyone was courteous and helpful. Precautions for COVID-19 were really good!Medical services were efficient as usual. I was surprised that masking was optional even though COVID infection rate is increasing. Some employees also did not use masks! One star less for this compared to previous five stars.

I love this facility. Its nice when you can walk into a providers office and the staff are friendly, personable and knows their regular patients by name.

Dr. Mann and his team at the surgery center did a great job on my cataract surgery. The post surgery visits with the team at the Katy facility have been great too and I am enjoying my new blurry free sight. Thanks to the entire Mann Eye Institute staff for providing a great healthcare experience for me. Craig
