I recently took the whole family here to get our annual eye exam. The staff is wonderful from the desk to the doctor. Everyone was very patient with us as my family can be kind of like hearding cats. I feel confident in there abilities and we received a much more thorough exam than at others places we have been in the past for eye exams. My kids were excited not to have the puff of air blown in there eyes as they use a better technology that does not require that. We will definitely go here for our eyes from now on! Thank you Manneye Staff of Katy. Keep doing what you are doing!

Excellent care! Polite staff, short wait to be seen, done in 1 1/2 hours.One slight annoyance....after providing the fax & phone number to my mail-away pharmacy, they faxed it to my local Walmart instead. I called to explain that they were supposed to fax it to my mail-away pharmacy. They took down the fax & phone number again (as if it's not in their system under my name) and promised to send it right away. This is going to cause a delay by 7-10 days for the delivery of my prescription. Being on medicare, getting it thru my mail-away pharmacy saves me some money on the cost but the worry about receiving in time is aggravating especially since I had given them all the correct information at the time of my visit. I hope they can handle this better the next time.
