I simply cannot say enough nice things about the Mann Eye Institute in Katy, TX. I'm afraid I'm bad with names, but honestly, I cannot think of one person inside this facility that has not been professional, courteous, friendly and fun. Yes, I said "fun". I first visited with them in the early summer of 2015 and finally had my Lasik surgery almost a week ago. I am feeling fantastic about my new blended vision and I'm so glad I had it done! I have to admit I was very apprehensive to do it, especially after watching my husband go through the procedure the month before (in which he assured me it was nothing to it and how much he loved not having to wear contacts now). I finally put on my big girl pants, did it and seriously, there was nothing to the procedure and it only took about 10 minutes to do both eyes. As with any surgery, there are risks, but this is one risk I'm very glad to say has paid off for me. Dr. Wright performed my Lasik procedure and he and his team talked me all the way through it. I found their words comforting. Dr. Stephanie Turk is my actual eye Dr. and she was fabulous and patient; working with me to ensure I was seeing the best I could with the blended vision before Dr. Wright did the surgery. They doubled and tripled check and now I can say I'm very pleased with my outcome. It's great not having to dig for my glasses! Oh! I do highly suggest you invest in a good pair of sunglasses to protect your investment! Thank you Mann Eye Institute and Laser Center! FAST FORWARD...its now 2018, I just had my 2 year check upVision is still great and staff is still EXCELLENT!

I was very satisfied with the way everything was handled. Doctor made everything clear, and from there on everyone involved was very helpful. Again my experience so far has been very positive every step of the way. Thank you.

Dr. Wright was wonderful. He put me at ease about my concerns of a problem I have had with my eyes. He laid out all of my options and gave his recommendations. I waited about 20 minutes but this included filling out first time paperwork, so not bad. The secretary was very pleasant and helpful at check in and checkout. I would recommend Dr Wright to anyone and this location in Katy at Westgreen was very convenient for me to get to.
