    This is a two part review because I dealt with two different sets of people each time. My daughter has been having some problems with her eye and we decided to check this place out. First person we met was Rebecca at the front desk. Great smile, amazing customer service and just overall a nice person. Met with Dr. Turk and she was very thorough and helped with the diagnosis and treatment and she was great with my daughter. Fast forward to our follow up visit and nothing has changed! Met Becca at the front desk this time and she was amazing too! I'm not the sharpest tool in the box when it comes to scheduling and I came on the wrong day but instead of just saying "Sorry! Don't let the door hit ya on the way out!" Becca got me in to see the doc. You have no idea how helpful that was to me. You have the perfect storm for your employees there. Customer service, happiness, willingness to help and just overall niceness. The world could use more people like them. Keep up the fantastic work.

    In the past two weeks I had cataracts removed from both eyes, yesterday was the second surgery. Other than for surgery, all my visits were at the Katy office. That is where I first met Dr. Brian Wright. He went over everything with me and told me what I should expect. He was very courteous, as was the entire staff.On the day of my first surgery, I arrived at the Main Street facility, the staff at the front desk was all business but the nurses were very friendly. Before going into the surgical room the nurses asked how I was doing, I replied I was starting to get quite nervous, one nurse made the comment that a hand holder was needed. I took it as a joke but when I was settled on the table there was Michael (I believe that is his name). He told me to squeeze his hand as hard as I needed to. Michael sat there holding my hand during the entire process. My only regret is, by the time I was able to sit up, he was gone so I missed telling him how much I appreciated what he'd done for me.While performing the procedure, Dr. Wright described everything he was about to do. As I was preparing to leave he came out to tell my husband and I how well everything had gone.The entire nursing staff at the Main Street facility is excellent.Dr. Stephanie Turk is who I saw for my followup visits. She is very friendly and thorough. She examined my eyes and took the time to tell me what to expect going forward and answered all my questions. Everyone working with her was also genial.I am thrilled with the results of my surgery. I highly recommend the Mann Eye Institute!

    I have been with my eye doctor for many years, with the goal to eventually get LASIK. I decided it was time for a change and wanted to go with a group that specializes in Optometry, Ophthalmology and LASIK. I set an appointment for an eye exam at the Mann Eye in Katy. Maggie, who assisted me at the beginning with my eye exam was a delight to talk too. My new eye doctor, Dr. Morello, and his assistant, Kim, made my visit nice and smooth. I also learned a few things from Dr. Morello during my exam.LASIK consultation time - Having friends rave about their abilities to see without contacts or glasses after having LASIK done by Dr. Wright, I knew I had to meet him. I met with his assistant, Tina, who introduced me to Dr. Wright and gave me a tour. Tina was wonderful to talk with and made me feel very comfortable and confident about when it is time for me to have LASIK done.Thank you to all at Mann Eye in Katy for a great experienceUpdate 10/24/2018: My wife and I both got Lasik a few weeks ago. I can not say enough how wonderful the staff is preparing us before having our eyes done. During the procedure, they make sure to keep you comfortable and relaxed. After, once again Dr. Wright and the team make sure inform you of what to expect over the following days and weeks. It was an awesome experience and it rocks not having to put in contacts each day.     Overall happy with service and doctor. Unhappy with link to make appointment on line never received call back on request made. Suggest when ordering glasses they go over what is covered by insurance snd what is not so one can make better choices before seeing final bill. This caused some issues with ordering my glasses.

    Amazing!! First off, walking in there and meeting the lady at reception, Becca, whom was SO helpful and kind AND patient. Exactly what any company would want; the first face you see walking in there, representing your company, being so excellent. The doctors were very thorough and kind: appointment was for a 6 year old and they were amazing with her, not only diagnostically but the patient care was outstanding. Child was allowed to "check" my eyes too, they explained everything beforehand etc.. very nice! Highly recommend.
