I did not have to wait more than 15 minutes before going to a exam room. The Doctor came in 10 minutes later conducted an exam. I was finished in less than hour. Great service by the staff.

Very attentive and quick check in, greeting and expectation of wait time. Introduction of person testing my eyes and helping me explain the reason for the visit. Everything was well explained and I was helped and directed to the next thing needed before, during and throughout the visit. Excellent care.

Always on time. Very polite from the minute you walk in.Brandi was VERY honest in helping me with frames. Which can be somewhat overwhelming. She took her time, as, I did not feel rushed at all! Thank you!
