After the great care my husband received at Mann Eye in Katy over the past few years, I knew their office is where I would schedule my next appointment for an annual exam, after years of going elsewhere. The smooth operations in the office, the warm greetings and the conscientious care of each staff member really stands out.In todays workplace, we find it to be a more and more rare occurrence to observe a very professional staff from the front office to the licensed professionals and their support staff, so it is truly refreshing and reassuring to find this at Mann Eye.My concerns were addressed and I felt cared for and listened to. From the check in to the pre-exam, followed by the exam and then the checkout process, everything was exceptional.I am very grateful.
