I had such a great experience at Mann Eye for my Lasik treatment. TINA at the front desk was so sweet and really helped make the appointment that much more enjoyable. Will definitely recommend to friends and family.

Last year I had a torn retina and had laser surgery to repair the tear. As a result of the surgery, it was anticipated that I would develop a cataract and I did. My optometrist recommended Dr. Brian Wright for cataract removal and lens replacement at Mann Eye Institute. From initial consultation, surgery, and follow up, Mann Eye Institute has been outstanding! Staff is friendly and I was always seen on time. Very professional. My initial visit was a series of 8-10 different machines to measure every aspect of my eye. The surgery itself was done just south of downtown at 8am. The surgery was so easy and involved 2 steps. The only drug used was a Valium (in hindsight not even needed). My eye was number with drops. Step 1: you looked into a camera type lens at 5 red dots, a single red dot moved around your eye. This went on for not quite a minute. Essentially a laser that liquifies your old lens (made up of proteins). No pain at all. Step 2: I then walked to another room and a second machine was used. Again looking into a machine (head was made immobile). Less than 2 minutes later, a laser had made an extremely small cut, old lens vacuumed out and new artificial lens inserted. Again zero pain or feeling. A clear plastic protector on eye and dark sunglasses, I was home in total less than 3 hours (including drive to center). Eye drops 3 times a day and follow ups next day, 1 week, 1 month and if needed (I didn't) 6 months. I could see the first day, and daily my eye got better and better! In weeks it was 20/20 and now even better. This eye hasn't never had good vision and I have worn glasses my whole life. How I just need weak readers! It is truly miraculous.... Dr. Wright and all the technicians and receptionists were professional, informative and I had no issues!

I asked for recommendations thru my neighborhood page and am so thrilled that I went with Dr Morello. He is so friendly and makes you feel comfortable the minute he smiles with you. I am highly pleased snd looking forward to finally getting glasses I can use!! Will definitely be seeing him again .

The staff was welcoming and professional.I cant say enough about Dr. Anna Han. She was so positive, efficient and helpful. She went out of her way to address some specific vision problems and referred me to an organization that she thought might be helpful.I would recommend the Mann Eye Institute to anyone needing vision examination and glasses. It was an overall excellent experience.
