    I was very pleased with my sons visit here. Stephanie was very nice from accommodating my sons busy school schedule to finalizing my visit. Melvin was very informative and effective. We saw Dr. Han and she explained his exam in detail so he could understand. And Stephanie was very helpful in explaining our cost for his lenses and great customer service as she was making calls to other patients with their order status. Overall very pleased and will have my family come get their eye check up here.

    Everyone at Mann Eye Institute has been wonderful in making me feel at ease through the whole pre surgery preparation. Kristy was so helpful and answered all of the questions I had regarding the surgery. Thank you.

    Doctors are great but took off a star for the front desk staff. I went back in June this year and was walked up to the front with the doctor and told to be scheduled for a 6 month follow up. I was told by the front desk I was scheduled for December 1st. Came back on December 1st and was told that there was no appointment for me and the doctor was not there. Smh.
