I would to start off by saying I have really enjoyed by experience thus far at the Katy Mann Eye Institute location. Since day one the staff has been welcoming and patient with me through this interesting time with my diagnosis. Upon entry of the location the front desk staff was great assisting me with preliminary and exit questions. My work up tech, scribe and doctor was also understanding and informative to all questions that I have regarding my diagnosis. I would like to give a special shout out to Melody, Andye and Kim for being that support system through the process and being so down to earth. The service that was offered to me was beyond exceptional. I look forward to my next visit to the location as I progress through my diagnosis.

If you are on the fence about Lasik, just go here and do it. After numerous tests to ensure accuracy, the pro staff suggested just 1 eye for Lasik to have a blended vision. The procedure took 10 seconds! Mild irritation for 15 minutes to 2 hours later. The drops stopped it. I had a great night sleep with no issues. Very next morning, I had incredible vision without glasses. No irritation, no blurry vision, no halos or stars. It's wizardry I tell you. I though about Lasik for 10 years. I'm glad I did it. Don't think about it anymore, go here and make it happen. Pro staff, pro procedure.UPDATE: It's been over 2 months since I had my Lasik in 1 eye and I can't rave enough about it all. No more glasses!!! I never experienced dry or itchy eyes. I used the drops as prescribed and never had an issue. I've had no irritation or problems at all. I love it. Kudos for Jerminee (sorry if I spelled it wrong) the sweetest girl to have at the front desk. She was so helpful, inviting, and sweet. The entire staff was incredible, honestly, but having her as first contact for this business is a great choice.

God is good!!! So this morning I had my follow up appointment with Dr. Han regarding my optical nerve inflammation that was the reason I had the sinus surgery which was causing all the inflammation. Well got the news we prayed for. My surgery was 100% successful that the inflammation vanished... I had gotten new glasses back in December well since having my surgery my vision changed as well for the better so I had to get some new lenses to the pair I got back in December.. Thank you Dr. Han, Stephanie, Karisa, and Kiara..God heals.. #Prayup #FaithInGod

Brandi was so helpful and sweet! She made picking out glasses quick and easy. She even talked me into get another pair of glasses!!
