I gave this rating because I do not recall the receptionists being to friendly. I actually have visited this place twice and neither time do I recall being greeted. Its not very welcoming when you first step through the doctors. The lady who did my sons initial exam was nice, she actually had another woman to come in to help. I actually liked the other lady much better. I wish I had names but out of privacy its best I do not state names. Now the eye doctor was excellent and the lady helping her was nice. So even though it seemed very uninviting when we walked through the doors by the time we left I had a smile on my face because I chose a great eye doctor Dr. Jessica Ustick, ODshe is amazing and I give her 5 stars. I recommend asking for her specifically. She was great with my son and I will not bring my children to anyone but her in the future.

This was my first visit at this Copperfield location. Every staff member that I came in contact with, was very friendly and professional. Dr. Ann Han was very attentive to my concerns with my LASIK procedure, one year follow-up.

Super great experience and the staff was very helpful and professional. Special thanks to Melody and Chrysta at the front desk. The WUT Amanda K and of course the optician Kelli. Highly recommend you visit the Katy office.
