Check-in and eyes exam were efficient. This included the explanation on the upfront amount insurance would cover and the amount I have to pay. The staff was friendly and attentive. Dr. Turk took the time to explain results and suggested activities to do on my current conditions, which was useful. There was a slight wait time on checking out and the bill was paid with no problem. Overall, it was a positive experience.

I got the appointment the same day with Dr Moreno . I got treatment immediately. Dr Moreno is an excellent eye specialist. I saved so much of time by not going to ER . My suggestion is call Mann institute to ask for same day appointment before heading to ERIt will save lot of stress and waiting time and also getting exposed to other sick patients in ER .
