Dr Ryan was great. Office girls didnt get my referral faxed to the specialist. They may have had the wrong number, but I got the right number to them. Once it was faxed, they didnt write urgent on it like the dr said they would. Im scheduled for over four months from now with the specialist. Im having to resolve this problem myself because of someone not paying attention.

This was my Mother's appointment, Eleanor Carrillo. We have seen many eye doctors in the past but she is sticking with The Mann Eye Institute because everyone is professional, kind and actually works towards having great eye care.
