    Ease of scheduling and friendliness of staff was nice. The parking situation is a bit of a nightmare so park in the hospital visitor lot but other than that I had a great experience with Mann Eye.

    The staff is friendly and welcoming. Dr Melton is the greatest at explaining what is going on with my eyes.

    About 20 years later and Im still impressed with the service and staff. Everyone was pleasant, informative and I never once felt rushed.Even in the lobby/waiting area, they knew their patients by name and had such a great rapport at 8am. Lol This was for a FREE consultation. The interaction and professionalism of this team led me to a place of comfort and trust. Looking forward to LASIK.**UPDATE**A month later and a few check-ups, I remain impressed. Most importantly, I can see! I thought I would have to use eye drops forever but that has lessened significantly. No regrets.
