Perfectly happy with the actual eye health care. However, my car received damage because of the horrendous parking conditions. Parking in both the garage and the open air spaces is a nightmare. The staff member I complained to agreed with me, as she has to park there too. (Refers to the location across the street from Memorial Hermann. Maybe they should move to a less congested area.)

I love Mann Eye Institute and especially Dr Ryan! He is so caring, a great listener and fully explains everything he needs to do to help me. I always learn so much as well as getting well or my when getting my new prescriptions. Im absolutely elated he has been able to fit me in contact lenses with chronic dry eye, when no one else elsewhere has been able to. I can now feel confident having pictures taken at my daughters wedding without glasses. Yay! Thank you Dr. Ryan!
