Jordan at the front desk was my first point of contact and established a welcoming and efficient atmosphere. The check-in process was seamless, and Jordans courteous and professional demeanor immediately reflected the high standards of the practice. Marisa, the optometrist assistant technician, demonstrated exemplary patient care. She was thorough, knowledgeable, and attentive throughout each stage of the preliminary testing. She took the time to explain procedures clearly and ensured I was comfortable at all times. Her precision and calm, unhurried approach were especially appreciated, as I never felt rushed or pressured during the process. Dr. Christina Guerrero provided an exceptional level of clinical expertise and patient-centered care. She was highly knowledgeable, patient, and attentive, taking the time to address all of my questions in a clear and comprehensive manner. Her professionalism and genuine concern for my eye health made a lasting impression. As a result of this experience, we have confidently decided to establish Dr. Guerrero as our primary eye care provider.
