I went there because I misplaced my glasses and needed the annual eye check up. I was so impressed by the professionalism from beginning to end of my appointment. I wanted a certain type of framed This location out of all the of the clinics had them. Ashley Williams was the person that helped me. She took her time and gave me genuine feedback on which frames would fit me and my lifestyle. Very knowledgeable of her department. When you go there, I garunteee your experience will be as delightful as mine.

I have always had great service from the staff at this location however this past time Ashlley Williams the optician truly went above and beyond to help me.brbrI broke the last pair of glasses that I had and Ashlley put a rush on them for me. When they came in everything was great...until I walked outside and noticed that they did not include the transition lenses. I called her on the phone and she ordered me a new pair at no cost, you would expect that. She told me that I could keep the incorrect lenses and then she asked if I wanted to just have a whole new set done including the frames and that way I would have 2 pairs of glasses. So I ended up with getting the second pair for just the cost of the frames and now I have 2. Almost buy one get one. brbrIt is this kind of customer service that is so lacking in the society today. She didnt give me something for free, she just took a moment looked at differently and made the whole experience better.brbrIt made me feel like I was a person and not a customer.brbrGreat Job!brbrThank you,brbrjimbr832-231-0088brbr --

My experience with Mann Eye goes back a long way. After my wife and I moved to Houston in the late 70s, friends recommended we visit Dr. Robert Gillette for eye care. His office was located at the corner of Binz and San Jacinto. Unfortunately he died of cancer at an early age. Im not sure exactly what his relationship with Dr. Mann was, but at that time I started with Mann, which is today the Mann Eye Institute located on Main St. Over all the years since, I have never entertained the thought of using anyone else. I hardly have enough words in my vocabulary to tell you how much I respect how good they are. Their facility, the staff, and how they conduct their whole operation is just excellent. And just as their technical expertise is top rated, so is their relationship with the care of customers. When I have occasion to visit their offices I feel as if Im visiting with old friends. Friends who are deeply concerned about my well being and who will do everything they can to see that Im well cared for, and completely satisfied with any procedures that were necessary. They get my highest rating in all respects. All five stars +++++!
