The employees are pleasant. The facility itself is large and kept clean. Dr. Brunson is very knowledgeable and professional. I would have given a 5 star review, but it took a month for me to get my glasses. I would have been fine with the time that it took but they didnt contact me to let me know about the delay. I had to call them and ask about the status of the glasses. I was told that they tried to call me, but my voicemail was full, which was not true. They also had my email address and could have emailed me about the delay but they did not. Other than the delay with the glasses, I am very happy with Mann Eye Institute.
