Parking directions and tips on what level to park on would be very helpful in the new building. The staff is very friendly and take great care of all clients. However, the it would be helpful if appointments were scheduled in a way that people arent waiting around for so long to be seen. .

Getting an appointment with a doctor is hard all the time, doubly so with an ophthalmologist, and then especially so with a highly recognised one. Even through rescheduling issues, timing challenges, and disgruntled patients, Reyna at the Front Desk was helpful, smiling, friendly and made a difficult situation seem easy. Overall, the whole team at Mann Eye Main St were a pleasure to interact with and I couldnt recommend them more highly.

Had cataract surgery here 3 years ago developed wrinkles in one eye, so I returned for an evaluation of my condition (pre-op). As in the past, everyone was most helpful, friendly, and had a cheerful attitude. Stephanie and the receptionists on the 3rd floor were most gracious. All went smoothly and I am scheduled to return in one week for the procedure to remove the wrinkles.
