From the first email to my second to last post op, everyone has been outstanding. Very friendly and everyone makes you feel comfortable. Ashley Hassen was very helpful, even the front desk ladies are very helpful and in a good mood.<br>The procedure was quick, pain free and I have no complaints. Plenty of parking, easy to find. Mr. Mann, Dr. Chin, Dr. Brunson were all great! Everyone made what was a very nervous experience, easy. LASIK was easily the best thing I've ever done!

Incredible care and concern for my eyes. Learned things about my eyes I never knew! Am getting new lenses with cataract surgery that are just like my own lenses, but better!! Very patient, very polite everyone. Many, many thanks!

Great & friendly staff and amazing LASIK treatment, 20/15 vision and I still say it's the best money I've ever spent!

The employees are pleasant. The facility itself is large and kept clean. Dr. Brunson is very knowledgeable and professional. I would have given a 5 star review, but it took a month for me to get my glasses. I would have been fine with the time that it took but they didn't contact me to let me know about the delay. I had to call them and ask about the status of the glasses. I was told that they tried to call me, but my voicemail was full, which was not true. They also had my email address and could have emailed me about the delay but they did not. Other than the delay with the glasses, I am very happy with Mann Eye Institute.
