I paid cash for my IOLs replacements. The service was good. They were professional, and they did a good job. However, there should be one package cost for the procedure, and all testing should be done as part of that package and at one time.It took me 2 hours of traveling through Houston traffic to return to the clinic after my initial consultation for "an hour's worth of testing to be sure everything was in order." I lost 1/2 day of work, five hours of my day, arrived at their office for a test that took 10 minutes. I completed three tests at my initial consultation. Indeed they could have done that one extra test at that time.Additionally, I had to pay them three times. Once on day one, then again on day 2, then again on surgery day. They need to have it all a package deal. And paying extra for anesthesia is just BS. No one from the anesthesia department came to explain to me what part of my care they were performing, so it's unnecessary as far as I'm concerned.I hope this is valuable. I would do it again.

Dr. Linda Pope, Lilly, Reyna, Elizabeth, Lidia, and the the entire staff are exceptional people. They helped to ease the anxiety I have about my eye issue and I know that Mann is a great choice for my eye specialty care.

Exceptional service from start to finish. Reyna (front desk) = courteous, attentive, high awareness, proactive. Good hire. Need more like her at other businesses i go to. (Would help lower my blood pressure. )

I could not be happier!!!!! I could cry. I have worn glasses since 3rd grade then transitioned to contacts as soon as I could. I was told by my optometrist my vision had stabilized and that I maybe a candidate for lasik. She referred me to Mann Eye. Setting up an appointment was easy, and the staff is incredible. In a world where customer service is hard to come by, this place is grade A! The staff Lilly, Sherilyn, Justin, Neda, Dr. Nguyen, Dr. Chen, Dr. Mike Mann, and Dr. Paul Mann are sooo lovely and nice. The procedure was easy and quick. Thank you!!!!
