Absolutely awesome staff. from beginning to end.I came here after visiting a competitor. The difference was phenomenal. First, the staff was professional and helpful throughout the testing. The surgeon, Dr. Mann, took the time to meet me before the surgery and examine me personally. Im self insured / self pay so transparency in billing and details was important to me. With Mann Eye Institute everything was out in the open, no disguised descriptions in their statements, no hidden fees, everything was straight up honest and transparent. Their competitor located in Clear Lake was 60% higher in their charges with multiple hidden fees, undisclosed fees, and additional charges for every item they could legally get away with. Mann Eye Institute provided EVERYTHING for one set (and reasonable) fee, including complete follow up for 1 full year of post-op care for my lasik and cataract surgery. After personally experiencing the difference between the care at Mann Eye Institute AND their primary competitor, I can honestly say that I will never go anywhere else for my care. I would recommend anyone needing optometric specialties to Mann Eye Institute!

The facility is nice. The staff is courteous and friendly. The doctor was thorough. Parking is unfriendly and somewhat difficult to maneuver for the cost. I was paying to find a non-reserved parking space.
