    Love, love, love this office! Dr. Binder is the most responsive ophthalmologist I have been to (and I've been wearing corrective lenses for over 50 years).     I paid cash for my IOLs replacements. The service was good. They were professional, and they did a good job. However, there should be one package cost for the procedure, and all testing should be done as part of that package and at one time.It took me 2 hours of traveling through Houston traffic to return to the clinic after my initial consultation for "an hour's worth of testing to be sure everything was in order." I lost 1/2 day of work, five hours of my day, arrived at their office for a test that took 10 minutes. I completed three tests at my initial consultation. Indeed they could have done that one extra test at that time.Additionally, I had to pay them three times. Once on day one, then again on day 2, then again on surgery day. They need to have it all a package deal. And paying extra for anesthesia is just BS. No one from the anesthesia department came to explain to me what part of my care they were performing, so it's unnecessary as far as I'm concerned.I hope this is valuable. I would do it again.
