Knowledgeable and professional service except for scheduling disruption caused by one person. The front desk does not need to change appointments for treatment plans already in the system. Whoever did this moved two of my appointments for treatment which would make the treatment plan unacceptable and not meet the guidelines established for treatment . This created total stress for the staff and myself because I drove for over an hour and paid toll fees to get there on time only to be told I did not have an appointment. The staff did help me to get my treatment but everyone's schedule was pressured including mine so I had to cancel other appointments because of the delay.

Very impressed with the professionalism and obvious expertise of Dr. Chang. I can't recall having an initial eye examination that was so thorough. I look forward to having my future examinations by Dr. Chang in order to resolve all the eye issues that I have.

Dr. Brunson has an excellent bedside manner. He is knowledgeable, patient, and thorough in his education. He takes time to explain in intricate detail to ensure the patent understands.Janet is the best! Her sense of style in helping me choose a frame was incredible! Excellent customer service!
