The establishment was very nice and modern..the views looking over the city was phenomenal. The staff were very pleasant and seemed to love their jobs. My only complaint is billing/how charges are accrued for established patients and I am having a difficult time getting a doctors excuse emailed to me (I forgot to get one for my son on the day of the appointment prior to leaving)

I could see the immediate difference after LASIK! The haziness went away after I took my nap post surgery, and I had 20/20 DAY OF surgery!!!!! My eyes arent remotely red you wouldnt know I even got it! I CAN SEE!!!! Been following the post op care very religiously since I already have dry eyes. Keep in mind if you decide to do lasik, Id avoid looking at how they do the procedure if youre squeamish, but its not painful at all. Very uncomfortable at one point and hard to keep your eyes open, but I stood very very still and I think that played a lot into my amazing healing. Praise God!!! Dr. Paul Mann was awesome- thank you so much! I cannot believe I havent done this sooner. There is a special BYGO for lasik until October 31st. I really enjoyed Mann Eye because they did their due diligence with consulting me for lastk, which took about two and a half hour free visit with my eyes dilated. Whittset spent 15min on my consult and said I was PERFECT candidate - which I have been oversold many times by my eye doctor. Mann Eye said I was a good candidate and didnt over sell me, and very thoroughly went through the before and after procedures of surgery so I felt very comfortable. Plus the unbearable price right now! I love that Mann Eye also does not charge extra for payment plans/care credit etc. They do their due diligence!!!! If you decide to get lasik I would go here. They have great technology and are very tenured in all types of eye care. Thank you Dr. Chin and Dr. Mann!!! An unbeatable experience!

Had a great experience in regards to my LASIK but the follow up appointments have consistently been running later and later. You might as well show up an hour late to your follow-up since that is the average wait time it seems.They prioritize preop but procedure day was also incredibly delayed.
